Laura Garrick is a renowned multidisciplinary artist hailing from Brisbane, Australia. She has over a decade of professional experience, and holds a Bachelor of Music Theatre and Certificate IV in Dance qualification. Laura recently continued her professional development, undertaking the THEatreBRIDGE course with Nathan Wright, Andrew Bevis and Torben and Richelle Brookman [GWB Entertainment].

Laura’s extensive training and versatility has seen her perform in Musical Theatre, Children’s Theatre and Entertainment, and Cabaret, Sporting and Corporate landscapes. Most recently, Laura concluded her tour as a vocalist with Precedent Productions in the 2024 Local Business Awards. In addition, Laura performed her debut cabaret, Life’s Good with LG, in the infamous Claire’s Kitchen at Le Salon, which couldn’t have been better received by her audience. Prior to this, Laura undertook the role of The Girl cover in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Tell Me On A Sunday with Michelle Guthrie Presents, at The Hayes Theatre Co.

Laura’s other noteworthy roles include Eponine in Les Miserables, under the direction of Geraldine Turner, OAM, Marci Greenbaum in Cruel Intentions, and Ensemble in Mamma Mia and Lauren in Kinky Boots with Packemin Productions, for which she won the 2022 BroadwayWorld Award for ‘Best Supporting Performer In A Musical’.

Laura has toured Singapore and The Philippines as a Children’s Show Host, leading the shows Peppa Pig and Shopkins: Live On Stage, as well as urban and regional NSW and QLD in the rock show, Mentally Sound with Action Education, which delivered crucial messages on mental health to junior and high school students.

Laura has performed both the American and Australian National Anthem’s with Max Events, at the Matildas v USA match aired nationally on Channel 10, as well as the Diamonds v England netball match at Qudos Bank Arena.

Laura is currently performing a new, dynamic corporate show, Donna and The Dynamos, with Evoke Entertainment, in which she performs classic ABBA hits reimagined in three-part harmony, with sharp, energetic choreography and witty dialogue.
