Lauren Seymour is one of Australia’s most loved and respected performers, who is now making her mark as a creative, and assisting some of the world’s biggest names in choreography.

Lauren’s incredible talent and work ethic was showcased in Australia in 2014 on Channel Ten’s So You Think You Can Dance where she took out the runner-up prize as well as ‘Australia’s Favourite Female Dancer’.

Lauren’s performance credits include the hit film Rocketman, Happy Feet 2, ABC’s Dance Academy, Australia’s Got Talent, The Voice and XFactor (both in Australia and UK). She has performed with world-class Artists including Kylie Minogue, Little Mix, Kelly Rowland, Liam Payne, Zara Larsson, Lunch Money Lewis, and French Montana as well as touring with ‘We Are Dance Project’ and ‘The Dream Dance Company’.

Lauren’s choreographic credits so far include Danni Minogue’s After-party Show at the Sydney Mardi Gras, Bonds TVC (2016), the launch of Amway’s XS Energy Drink, Sydney’s ‘Vivid’ Light Festival and Endo & Us, the official short documentary for Endometriosis Awareness (2018).

Lauren is also the assistant of choice to the best of the best in business, including Jason Gilkison for BBCs Strictly Come Dancing (TV show and tour), Matt Lee for The Voice and Dancing with the Stars, Kate Wormald for the ‘The Edinburgh Military Tattoo’ Sydney Show and is currently Assistant/Associate choreographer to Mitchell Woodcock, working with his company New Ground Collective on many high-profile projects.

Lauren’s infectious energy and down-to-earth personality, combined with her fierce passion, talent and ability to bring creative visions to life have allowed her to move from successful project to project in both the Australian and the British entertainment industries.
