In early 2018, Jeep launched a new division — Forward Management (FWD MGMT) — to focus on Artists and Creatives who push the boundaries in film, TV, stage, and social media. FWD represents some of the best choreographers in the country along with high profile actors and the new breed of influencers who are taking social media by storm.
In late 2020, PJ will launch the third instalment in his management group: Presley Management. Presley is a unique platform for launching emerging Artists and representing up and coming talent for stage, screen, fashion and ambassador opportunities.

Michael Corbett is an emerging talent agent based in Sydney, Australia. With over two decades of experience in the entertainment industry, Michael has honed his skills and expertise across various facets of the dance and entertainment world.
Beginning his journey as a dancer, Michael embarked on a prolific performance career that saw him explore in all aspects of the industry and grace the stages of many prestigious venues and events. Michael’s commitment to his craft and unparalleled work ethic earned him recognition and acclaim within the industry, establishing him as a respected figure among peers and professionals alike.
Transitioning seamlessly into the role of a studio owner, Michael spent 15 years at the helm of a highly successful dance studio in Sydney. Under his leadership, the studio flourished, becoming a beacon of excellence in the dance community and a nurturing ground for aspiring talent.
Following his successful tenure as a studio owner, Michael was approached to manage the full-time courses at Brent Street, a renowned institution in the performing arts world. For three years, he dedicated his expertise and guidance to shaping the careers of emerging talents, instilling in them the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in the competitive entertainment industry.
Nikki Davis has had a long and varied career in the Arts in Australia.
A trained dancer, Nikki’s performance career grew into a modelling and acting journey from a young age. Her credits include walking for Australian Fashion Week, David Jones and Westfield, stills campaigns for Nike and Rebel and television and cinema advertising for Mazda, Virgin, Lipton and Telstra. She also featured in various character roles on The Merrick and Rosso Show and hosted web clips for Vodafone, Sony, Canadian Club and Toyota.
Nikki’s keen interest in the “behind the scenes” of the entertainment industry, along with her Degree in Communications (with a specialisation in media studies), has seen her work in event and video production as well script writing for many years.
Combining her industry experience, passion for communicating and an undying love of the Arts, Nikki joined the Jeep Mgmt Group team in 2009 and has not looked back. Now with years of agency experience and a proven rapport with Artists, Nikki is proud to be the Head Booker at FWD MGMT.
Damon hails from the Central Coast in New South Wales where he discovered his passion for performing at an early age. Upon relocating to Sydney at age seventeen, he dedicated two years to refining his skills at Brent Street’s full-time performing arts program.
His performance career highlights so far include a role in Season 5 of The Masked Singer as one of the Men in Black, as well as performances at Sydney World Pride, Sydney’s Mardi Gras and appearances in prominent advertising campaigns such as Disney’s 100th-anniversary celebration. More recently, Damon was a featured dancer for the interactive show, Metaverse of Magic which played in major cities in Australia as well as ending the tour in Ithra, Saudi Arabia.
Damon has always been drawn to other side of the stage and screen, and brings his creativity, along with incredible communication, problem-solving and people skills to the role of Talent Manager at Jeep Management group. Working predominantly with Jeep’s Presley division, Damon’s passion for the industry, emotional intelligence and innovative leadership style have truly seen him shine as an outstanding manager who nurtures and guides emerging Artists as they begin their journey.
